I PROTEST PAROLE. Mr. Carter
has an opportunity to create a miracle of life in
some highly significant way to at least 4 of his
fellow men within his current home.

Dear Ms
McCown,
Such a
terrible loss that can never be reversed for the
families, community or friends.
From what I
have read, it does not appear that Mr Carter
intentionally or maliciously chose to crash into one
car, much less manslaughter 4 human beings. But he
did, in fact, choose to consume enough alcohol that
exceeded legal blood levels, in the morning, and
drive a vehicle.
What in
the world has this man done since that time to
significantly make this world a better place, or him
a better soul, in order to even be considered for
less retribution than the courts decided upon?
Surely there are many opportunities to do so
within his current living environment. If not, then
our penal system needs radical reform.
