Please
do not grant the parole of Rickey Carter. He took the
lives of 4 innocent young girls while driving while
intoxicated which could have been prevented if he would
have called someone to drive him home or wherever. He
took this upon himself and caused four families such
grief, tragedy, and hurt that will never go away. I know
they have forgiven him, but, I think if you are
convicted of the crime you should complete it in full
and not be given an early release. Whose to know that he
won't get right back out there and cause another tragedy
and ruin the lives of other families.
Please
consider this very carefully before any decision is
made.
