Dear Raven Kazen,

 

Mr. Rickey Carter made a deliberate decision to drink as he was going to drive a car.

 

He was sober when he made that dreadful decision.  He certainly could have waited to arrive at his home, and drink to his hearts content.  His conscience decision prior to becoming drunk was the cause of death to 4 innocent young ladies.

 

Their lives were snuffed out, their families and friends were forever devastated, by the felonious action of  this man.

 

20 years in prison is hardly enough punishment for his destruction of the lives of these girls, for the heartache their families have and will forever endure.

 

Mr. Carter must stay in prison for the full term of his sentence, which pales in comparison to the harm he has caused.
