Dear Texas Parole Board of Pardon and Reviews,

It's a shame that Ricky Carter is even up for parole in as little as 5 years for killing four beautiful teenage girls, Mandi McWhorter, Whitney Welch, Staci Lee and Lacey Osina. On December 19, 1998 his reckless disregard for others resulted in the destruction of four innocent families forever.  Chances are that this was not the first time he drove drunk and probably not the last, unless he his denied parole and kept in jail were he belongs. Please consider the price each family has paid for the crime he committed.  If he is paroled he would only be serving about 15 months for each life he took.  Think how you would feel about releasing Mr. Carter if one of his victims was your loved one.  I urge you, please do not let a deadly drunk drive back out on the streets.
