I’m absolutely appalled that Ricky Carter would even have a chance. His lawyer’s reasoning that he was an asset to his community. Well, not only had those 4 young girls proven they would’ve been a wonderful asset to their community; Ricky Carter robbed them of the opportunity. He gave them a life sentence, with no possibilities!! Let’s not forget what all the families was robbed of: Not getting to see all their achievements, graduations from H.S. & College, marriages, kids/grandkids, and much more!

Ricky Carter needs to pay not only for the pain these innocent 4 young girls: Mandi McWhorter, Lacey Osina, Whitney Welch, and Staci Lee suffered at the time of his impact, he also needs to pay for the pain he has caused the family, friends & the community.

Please do the right thing and make him rightfully pay the consequences.

Doesn’t Texas have the 3 strikes your out law? Well, I believe he in on 4 strikes, your history!!!

I am a former Texan, and still have many family members there. I trust the right decision will be made that we can all keep faith in the Judicial System in Texas.
