Dear Ms. Kazen,

I am writing this letter to express my outrage and complete shock that a murderer like Ricky Carter is even being considered for parole.  This man took the lives of four beautiful young girls when he blatantly decided to drink and get behind the wheel of a car.  Although I no longer live in Texas, I do have family that still lives there and I for one do not want this monster released into society where not only my family, but everyone else’s families are in danger of being hurt or killed by this disgusting individual.  This man should have to complete his full sentence, which in my opinion was too light to begin with, and then, and only then should he be released while being continually monitored at all times preferably the rest of his miserable life.  Please do not allow the death of these girls to be treated as if it were nothing more than a parking violation, keep him behind bars as long as you possibly can.  Next time it could be someone you love that dies due to his stupidity.
