Please take into consideration Ricky Carter's reckless
disregard for the safety of others which resulted in the
destruction of four beautiful young people from our
community. He not only took their lives, but the dreams and
hopes of their families and friends.
Ricky Carter has ONLY served less than five years of his
sentence. That amounts to far less than the justice system
meant for him to serve.
Please consider the ultimate sacrifice each of these families
paid because of the poor judgment and lack of compassion for
others on the road Ricky Carter showed on that fateful night.
It was his decision to drive drunk, and others are still
paying the price for that decision.
I urge you to block any chance Ricky Carter has of parole and
want to deeply express my opposition to any leniency
concerning Ricky Carter. Four people have already been killed
by Ricky Carter, but we can protect others by keeping Ricky
Carter behind bars where he deserves to be!
