the deaths of four beautiful teenage girls?
Who is crying the tears?
Who is unable to sleep because
grief still grips their families?
Who will never see their loved
ones graduate, marry, bear children and fulfill their dreams?
It is not Ricky / Rickey
Carter. He has not paid the price for his deadly choices.

release of this criminal will inflict immeasurable emotional
damage not only to the victims’ families, but also to hundreds
of other families in Parker County and Texas who have felt the
