Gentlemen:

I feel that I should voice my opinion on the above mentioned offender.  He should not be paroled.  He has not served anywhere near the time he was given by the court.  This would not be justice served to our community.  He chose to drink and drive and killed four wonderful young girls.  He is still alive and able to have his family visit, but the parents of these girls will never again see their loved ones.  This is not the way the girls deserved to end their lives.

He has not shown anything but crocodile tears for his actions.  He is a habitual criminal and should be kept in prison.  He should serve his full term in prison of 20 years.

I pray that you will look with your hearts at these young girls and continue to keep Ricky Carter right where he belongs so he won't have the opportunity to kill any more innocent people.
