To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing to respectfully request that you deny the parole for Ricky Carter.   Justice requires that Ricky Carter should serve his entire sentence of 20 years.  Leniency should not be considered or granted. Even though I did not know these girls personally my heart goes out to them and their friends and families.  It is a shame that he is even being considered for an early release.  I feel that his maximum sentence of 20 years is the least he should serve the deaths of the four young girls.  They were so beautiful and held so much promise for the future, and it would be an outrage to let him go for “Good Behavior”.  He chose to drink that night and got behind the wheel of a car and therefore he should own up to his actions and serve the sentence that was given to him. Thank you for your consideration.
