To Whom It May Concern:

I respectfully urge you to deny any parole for Ricky Carter. Even possibility of this man getting out of jail after serving only a little over a quarter of his time disturbs me.

I spent more than half of my life playing basketball in different countries all over the world. I've met a lot of people and learned what life is about in different cultures. Yes, there are differences but there is one thing that's common everywhere - the right to live and be happy. Ricky Carter took that right away from four beautiful families! He ended lives of innocent girls and robbed their families’ true happiness.

I knew Lacey personally. There was nothing that could bring this nice and cheerful lady down. She was sweet and beautiful, smart and always optimistic. The sky was the limit for Lacey until…………Ricky Carter changed everything………forever!

To be honest, I don’t imagine how anything less than full 20 years of jail for Ricky even be considered. He deserves every second of his time there. Ricky Carter needs this time to think about those seconds, hours, days, months, and years that he took away from four loving families.

I am confident the right decision will be made to deny parole for Ricky Carter.
